Leah Koenig, Parent Coach, Offers One Hour of Free Parent
Coaching.
Bellevue, WA, December 31, 2009 -- Leah Koenig, Parent Coach at
Collaborative Couples & Family Counseling in Bellevue
Washington, is offering one hour of free parent coaching to help
parents learn how helpful the program can be.
Many parents find themselves managing their children via crisis
management. This leads to stressful households and tired
parents. Working with a Parent Coach is a way for parents to
take time and assess their values and goals, practice self-care
so they have the time and energy to actually parent with
intention.
"As we all live crazy busy lives and then add children, it
becomes a challenge just to continue managing our own lives let
alone instill values in our children." Koenig says. "As a Parent
Coach I help parents to figure out where their strengths are and
build on them while clarifying and instilling the values they
hold dear."
Parent Coaching is a fairly new discipline. Most parents seek
coaches to help with challenging issues with their children and
family. Parent Coaches help parents clarify their values as well
as their dreams for maintaining a healthy, happy family system.
Then they work with parents to implement those visions.
"Parent Coaching is a way for people to breathe for a moment and
take stock of where their parenting direction is taking them and
their children." Koenig says. "Then we work together to draw out
their idea vision and begin creating that in their family. My
clients become intentional about how they are as parents and
find the whole experience more rewarding."
Parents interested in receiving a free one hour of Parent
Coaching can contact Leah Koenig through her website at
